After nearly 15 years watching this pattern repeat – breakthrough health innovations that can’t break through in their markets – I’ve learned that market success requires more than a great product. It requires making that product’s unique value impossible to ignore.
My work is about closing that gap between a remarkable product and how the market perceives it.

My perspective on strategy is contextual rather than formulaic.
While most consultants chase universal frameworks, I believe every brand challenge is contextual. The solution that works for a digital therapeutics brand may well fail an AI point solution brand. What drives haematologists differs from what motivates cardiologists. A health tech scale-up needs different strategies than Big Pharma. Context shapes everything.
